ARCHITECTURAL The PrestonParc design is a very traditional and residential, European feel with high pitched roof and facade of brick and cast stone. The 9000 square foot building will sit on a .9 acre site. Construction began November 2004 with a completion date of August 2005. Occupants and guests will enter the main entrance through a shared lobby, marble floor and a professionally designed reception area. An impressive winding staircase leads to the 2nd floor which also has elevator access.
